Lunch Symposium: Prof Chong Siow Ann from IMH will share the findings from the recent Mental Health Survey in Singapore and insights on what these findings mean to us and our practice.

Medical Symposium: we will explore the detection and management of two common mental illnesses, psychosis and insomnia. Following these two presentations, we will have a panel of experienced doctors from different backgrounds, who will discuss how doctors need to take care of their own mental health.
