Programme Objectives
· A structure and holistic development pathway to empower medical doctors/professionals to grow and develop their practice.
· The training programme is designed to enhance the overall entrepreneurial and business acumen of the participants as they manage their medical practice in an increasingly challenging and fast paced environment.
· Working with and drawing on the collective knowledge and experience of their fellow course mates (peer learning). Participants learn to work effectively to solve actual problems at work.
