RE: NETS Transaction Rate Review
 
1) For each individual merchant who would like to request for a transaction rate review, you may write in to NETS Customer Care via customercare@nets.com.sg or call NETS Hotline: 6274-1212.
 
2) The form required for NETS transaction rate review is:
 
a) "Request for Transaction Fee Rate Review Form" (as attached).

Please mail the completed form directly to NETS. Postage will be paid by NETS.
 
b) If a merchant has been accepting NETS as the only form of cashless payment mode for at least the past 12  months, please fill up Section C: "NETS AFFINITY PROGRAMME".
