    National Primary Healthcare Response Framework

The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Singapore Medical Association and College of Family Physicians Singapore, has developed the National Primary Healthcare Response Framework to complement the overall disease outbreak response plan. In the event of an influenza pandemic, participating GPs will continue to manage the sick in the community, provide clinical assessment, anti-viral prophylaxis and treatment when needed, or, referral to the hospitals for further treatment.

Participating GPs and clinics (including clinic support staff) will receive the same level of protection as public sector healthcare workers and will be provided with personal protection equipment and anti-viral drugs for treatment purposes.

In addition to signing up for the workshop, I would like to participate in the National Primary Healthcare Response Framework.
