Job Description / Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient primary care consultation services to patients.

            - Outpatient acute and chronic care consultation.  
              services are provided in various clinics under the group
              and at various onsite project sites.

            - Comply with all in-house policies,  medical check-up  
              guidelines and recommendations.

            - Adhere to the regulations/restrictions pertaining to
              each corporate client’s contract.

            - Medical check-ups for various statutory and
              institutional needs.

            - Perform minor surgical procedures.

            - Administer childhood and adult vaccinations.

  • To participate in special projects arranged by the Medical Director.

            - Help to support other units within AcuMed Medical
              Group when the need arises.

            - To participate and support projects developed by the
              Medical Director and Business Development, e.g.,
              Special ad-hoc projects, In-House Health Screening,
              Health Talks etc.

  • To cooperate and participate in clinical projects or audits developed by Medical Director.

            - Assist the Medical Director in projects and audits to
              improve clinical outcomes and service quality.

  • To be the Clinic Manager on the ground.
          - Work closely with Operations Team to ensure smooth
            running of clinic on the ground, including operational
            workflows.

           - Work closely with Operations Team to improve service
             standards and attending to patient feedback

           - Ensure all medical reports are reviewed and attended
             to promptly.

 

Requirements

  • Possess a Basic Medical Degree recognised by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
  • Relevant Postgraduate Medical Qualifications (eg GDFM, MMed(Family Medicine) are an advantage
  • Registration as a Designated Workplace Doctor with the Ministry of Manpower will be an advantage.
  • Possess a valid practising certificate from the Singapore Medical Council
  • Possess a valid medical indemnity insurance coverage
  • Possess a valid and updated BCLS certification.
  • Excellent clinical skills and acumen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • People centric sensibility and a good team player with strong relationship management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
