If you are renewing your Practising Certificate (PC) on 31 December 2025, you are strongly encouraged to submit your application to SMC by end November 2025. This will help you avoid the late application fee, which will be charged for applications submitted in December 2025. 
- For those attempting SMA's MME programmes, please ensure that you complete it by latest 31 Oct 2025. SMA will submit your MME attendance by 15 Nov 2025.

Employer pay on behalf (EPOB). You are required to submit your PC application by 15 Oct 2025 if your employer is paying for your PC renewal fee.
- For those attempting SMA's MME programmes, please ensure that you complete it by latest 30 Sep 2025 . SMA will submit your MME attendance by 7 Oct 2025.

SMA Mandatory Medical Ethics Programme

SMA offers 10 pay-per-use modules that are eligible for Mandatory Medical Ethics (MME) to Non SMA-members. These includes MME Webinars and online recorded lectures.

Please note this page is meant for NON-SMA MEMBERS to make payment in order to access MME modules. If you have an active SMA Ordinary, Student, Spouse, Life or Honorary membership in good standing, please LOG IN to gain complimentary access to MME modules.
