Job Description / Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant / Consultant, you will provide exemplary specialist clinical care while contributing to teaching, mentoring, and service excellence, in alignment with the policies and standards of the National University Health System (NUHS) and the Ministry of Health (MOH).

As a Clinical Lead, you will be at the forefront of building TGCH from the ground up, partnering clinical, operational, and leadership teams to:

 

  • Design, plan and operationalise a modern, integrated healthcare campus focused on patient centred and value based care.
  • Lead service development and clinical governance, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and transformation, translating emerging healthcare trends into scalable clinical models.
  • Build and inspire high performing teams, recruiting and nurturing committed clinicians aligned with TGCH’s mission and values.
  • Influence strategic decisions across patient flows, workforce models, facilities, and digital health initiatives.

 

This role offers a unique platform to shape care delivery for an emerging population hub, while leaving a lasting legacy in Singapore’s public healthcare system.

Job Requirements

We welcome applications from clinicians who demonstrate both clinical excellence and leadership ambition, and who are motivated to shape the future of healthcare.

  • Active clinical practice with strong independent decision making capability.
  • A track record in patient care, teaching, and/or research within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
  • Specialist accreditation and postgraduate qualifications recognised by the Specialists Accreditation Board (SAB).
  • Experience or strong interest in hospital development, major operational implementations, or large scale healthcare projects.
  • A passion for healthcare transformation, coupled with intellectual curiosity and systems thinking.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, manage resources, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.

 

Appointment will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
