Updated SAPI Code of Conduct

The Singapore Association of Pharmaceutical Industries (SAPI) has updated its Code of Conduct, which applies to SAPI member companies (typically pharmaceutical companies). The revised Code has taken effect from 30 January 2018, except for Article 7.2.4, which will take effect from 1 January 2019.

We recommend SMA Members to take note of the changes, which impose additional safeguards on what pharmaceutical companies can provide to doctors in terms of sponsorships and items of medical utility.
